8 ounces (225 grams) crushed or halved pecans
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon Gefen Cinnamon
3 tablespoons Gefen Canola Oil
12 ounces (340 grams) white chocolate, melted
