Coconut Lime Sorbet

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 (15-ounce) can cream of coconut

  • 1/2 cup ice-cold water

Optional Garnish

  • toasted coconut

  • colored sprinkles

Directions

To Prepare Sorbet

1.

Shake can of cream of coconut

2.

Whisk all ingredients in medium bowl. Transfer to a large glass baking dish.

3.

Freeze until frozen, stirring every 30 minutes for about 3 hours. Freeze overnight.

4.

Serve in coconut shells or martini glasses.

Notes:

Raspberries are shown for decorative purposes.

Is this made with coconut cream as it says in the ingredients list or is this made with cream of coconut? They are two different things. Cream of coconut is generally used in drinks and some desserts and coconut cream is a more commonly know/ used product. Can u tell me which one is the intended one for this recipe? As it mentions both.
