To Prepare Sorbet

  1. Shake can of cream of coconut

  2. Whisk all ingredients in medium bowl. Transfer to a large glass baking dish.

  3. Freeze until frozen, stirring every 30 minutes for about 3 hours. Freeze overnight.

  4. Serve in coconut shells or martini glasses.

Note:

Raspberries are shown for decorative purposes.
