Salads add crunch, color, and of course, vegetables and variety to your meals. A really well built salad, including protein and a healthy carb, can even be a full meal-in-one power bowl. There are as many types of salads out there as there are colors in the rainbow! Try to keep the sugar and fat content of your dressings low to keep salads a healthy meal choice.
