Combine the oil and flour to make a paste.
Slowly add the chicken soup, salt, and garlic powder. Then add the celery, carrots, and chicken.
Cook on a low simmer for 45–60 minutes.

How many celery and carrots do I use for the soup?
Can I opt out the flour?
Or can I use a starch instead?
Sure- just dissolve it in hot warm first and then add it
I would start with a bunch of celery and 6 carrots
