Directions

Prepare the Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Line a 9×13-inch (23×33-centimeter) baking pan with Gefen Parchment Paper.

Prepare the Cheese Layer

  1. Cream the cream cheese and condensed milk in the bowl of an electric mixer.

  2. Place the mixture evenly on top of the crust.

Prepare the Chocolate Layer

  1. Place the condensed milk and chocolate chips in a double boiler. Mix until fully melted, then pour the mixture over the cheese layer.

Prepare the Cookie Crumble

  1. Combine all cookie crumble ingredients and sprinkle over the chocolate mixture. Place the pan back into the oven and bake for 40 minutes.

  2. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least four to six hours or overnight.

Garnish

  1. Drizzle with milk and white chocolate to garnish.

  2. Once chocolate is completely dry, cut into bars.

A block of cream cheese, but if you can't find you can use a tub (better if it's not whipped).

Can I use tub cream cheese instead of the brick? I can't find the small bricks anywhere!

Hi! I wanted to clarify, yes you could use a tub, better if not whipped but if you can only find whipped you can use it just make sure it's the same weight.
