Noodles and Chicken Bites

This one-pot dish is my kids’ favorite meal. When they walk in from school and this is for dinner, I have lots of happy faces. It takes minutes to prep and cook, so it’s perfect for
those nights when you’re short on time. It’s sure to become a favorite in your home, too.

Liked the sauce! Think the whole thing needed a tad more salt. Also for the chicken to maybe dry fry in the spices first to seal in the flavour better. Loved the whole concept.
