In a mixing bowl. Mix the first five ingredients together and add the the rest.
Place spoonfuls on a Gefen Parchment lined cookie sheet and bake 350°F for 12 minutes.
Every year I make some elaborate dish using fruits for Tu Bishvat. One year it was olive infused chicken. One year I made a fruit infused meat. My kids were not happy lol. This year I decided to make them something I know they would like and eat!

What quanity of chopped fruit and nuts is added to the dough?
I would say 1-2 cups would work.
