Tuscanini just introduced a new line of flours, all-purpose, white spelt, and high-gluten, and they bring a real upgrade to everyday recipes. And here’s the best part: you don’t need to be a professional baker to use them. These flours actually make it easier to get great results at home, whether you’re rolling out fresh pasta or kneading dough for challah.

Homemade pizza dough, fluffy rolls, or even handmade pasta might sound intimidating, but trust me, with these flours, the process is simpler than you think. You’ll be surprised at how approachable it feels once you get started, and how quickly these recipes might become part of your regular rotation.

In this roundup, you’ll find recipes that show just how versatile these flours can be. From pillowy Buttery Pull-Apart Rolls and bakery-style Cheese-Stuffed Breadsticks to a chewy Sourdough Bagel Twist and light, tender Ultimate Sponge Cake. Each recipe is designed for the home cook, approachable and rewarding, the kind of food that makes you wonder why you didn’t start baking with better flour sooner.

3. Pizza Dough by Adina Silberman

I’ve learned so much over the years making challah - tips and tricks that carry over into so many of my baking recipes. This pizza dough is one of them. I’ve been making it for years, but recently upgraded to using 00 flour, and it’s been a total game-changer. The dough is soft and fluffy, incredibly easy to work with, and bakes up perfectly every single time.

The most important secret? Weigh your ingredients. Trust me on this - consistency comes from precision.

4. Cheese-Stuffed Breadsticks with Homestyle Rotev Dipping Sauce by Chaya Surie Goldberger

These soft, cheesy breadsticks are made from a fluffy, homemade yeast dough using delicate Tuscanini 00 flour for a tender, bakery-style texture. Paired with a vibrant rotev dipping sauce made from fresh tomatoes and garlic, this dish is comforting, flavorful, and full of fresh, homemade charm.

5. Magic Kingdom Cinnamon Rolls by Sara Goldstein

These Magic Kingdom Cinnamon Rolls are soft, gooey, and downright magical. There's a reason they've become so popular for visitors at a certain theme park... and now you can enjoy them too, in your own kosher kitchen. Definitely don't skip the decadent butterscotch topping; it makes this the treat that it is.

6. Sourdough Bagel Twists by Chaya Suri Leitner

Tuscanini flour is a European flour, which means it bakes differently than what most people in the U.S. are used to. The wheat grows in different soil, in a different climate, and that changes the way it behaves in dough. The most noticeable difference is how it absorbs water and how the gluten develops—both of which affect everything from texture to structure.

I tested this recipe several different ways—tweaking hydration levels and fermentation times—until I found the balance that worked perfectly with this flour. The result? Chewy, twists with just the right structure.

7. Striped Biscotti by Paula Shoyer

These crisp and elegant biscotti are a stunning treat that’s perfect for dunking into coffee or tea.

This pasta salad is a fresh, simple, and perfectly satisfying dish.

What is the PROTEIN content of this flour? I didn’t get to see it on the package. This may be great from challah or rolls but is it sturdy enough for sourdough?
