Here’s a really fun game to play at your Chanukah party this year. It’s perfect for kids, but is just as much fun when adults are a part of the action, too!

 

Kids have such amazing imaginations, and this is a great way to let their creativity shine. 

The beauty of this game is that you don’t need any special materials. There’s no need to run to the store, or order a bunch of supplies online. Everything can be found right in your own home! Score!

  

 

Once Upon A Time…

For Ages 3+

 

What you will need:

 

• 8-10 random kid-friendly objects (Can be toys, crafts supplies. Anything from around the house.)

 

• A bag to put it all in. 

 

How to play:

 

Designate a “Toy Gatherer” to choose random toys from around the house to be placed into the bag. (This can also be a parent.)

 

Now designate a “Storyteller” to tell a story with all the items in the bag. For younger kids there is no time limit. To make this game more challenging for older kids you can set a timer for 1 minute.

 

Repeat with as many people who want a turn.
