I love the idea of upgrading old and worn sukkah walls with a beautiful sukkah mural, especially if it makes me feel like I’m sitting in Jerusalem! We chose this magnificent scene from Sukkah Creations by Acrylic Creations NJ. The artwork is by Nechama Fine Art. I love the colors she used to create this masterpiece.

I used a sky-blue velvet fabric from Stitch ‘n Sew NJ to use as a tablecloth. (When ordering, the exact color is called Lavish Steel.) Tip: If you are using folding tables in the sukkah, this fabric is so wide (110 inches) that you can actually cut it down the width of the fabric to make two tablecloths out of it, to fit two folding tables.

To complement the greens on the mural, Primrose created these centerpieces using greens only. It’s really unbelievable how many different types of leaves and greens were incorporated in the arrangement.

In setting the table, I used gold and yellow accents to bring out the gold on the mural. The black chairs I used from B & B helped complete the look. We also used smoky black candle votives to match to the chairs.
