4 and 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup oil
1 cup water
1 ounce yeast
1 cup brown sugar
1 and 1/2 cups Manischewitz Apple Butter
1/2 cup flour
1 tablespoon Gefen Cinnamon
2/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspon Gefen Cinnamon
8 tablespoons Earth Balance, room temperature
1 and 1/3 cups flour
Combine the water, yeast, and sugar together and let sit for five minutes and wait until it bubbles.
Mix the flour, salt, vanilla, eggs, oil and yeast mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and a dry towel. Rise for one hour.
Mix the filling together and set aside. In another bowl, combine the crumb topping until it resembles coarse crumbs.
Punch down the dough and divide into two.
Using a rolling pin, roll each dough into a 13-inch rectangle. Spread half of the filling in the middle until it reaches to the edge. Roll the dough from end to end.
Place in greased nine-inch loaf pans. Sprinkle crumble topping over the tops of each of the cakes.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes to one hour.
