Apple Crumble

Ingredients

Filling

  • 2 apples, diced

  • 2 pears, diced

  • 2 teaspoons nutmeg

  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons Gefen Cinnamon

Crumble

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds

  • 3 and 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil

  • 4 teaspoons Gefen Honey

Directions

1.

Combine all filling ingredients in a bowl and let sit.

2.

Combine all crumble ingredients in a bowl and mix.

3.

Spoon apple filling into ramekins with some juice. Sprinkle crumble on top.

4.

Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 to 40 minutes.
