These meatballs are so juicy and tender, they’re totally addictive!
Yield: 18 meatballs
mini skewers
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup Gefen Bread Crumbs
1 egg
1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 cube Gefen Frozen Ginger
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
salt
pepper, to taste
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
scallions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.
In a bowl, combine ingredients for the meat mixture. Roll into balls and drop onto baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
In a bowl, whisk sauce ingredients together.
Dip each meatball into the sauce. Stick a skewer into each ball and garnish with sesame seeds and scallions.
