These pancakes are tasty and contain ingredients you’ll feel good about serving to young kids.
1 banana
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup Shibolim Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 cup milk of choice, such as Gefen Almond Milk
5 tablespoons Gefen Almond Flour
oil spray
Combine banana, eggs, cinnamon, baking soda, flour, milk, and almond flour.
Spritz oil in a frying pan. Heat it over medium heat. Drop pancake batter by tablespoonfuls into the hot pan and cook until golden on each side, flipping after two to three minutes.
