Diets I like to include string beans in most of my Friday night meals. It’s a quick, easy vegetable side dish that most of my family enjoys. But we needed a flavor change after years of seasoning it with sesame (which is also tasty). This is new twist. I love this recipe because there are no dirty pots or pans—I put it all together in one disposable tin.
1 pound string beans, stems removed, cleaned
2 teaspoons Gefen Olive Oil
1 and 1/2 tablespoons Tuscanini Balsamic Vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
dash of black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place string beans in a baking pan.
Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over string beans. Add garlic, salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Cover and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

It was easy to make. Thought it could use Mir if an array of spices.
