Ingredients

Barbecued Spare Ribs

  • 1 – 1 and 1/2 pounds spare ribs

  • 2 onions, diced and sautéed

  • 1 clove garlic, crushed, or 1 cube Gefen Garlic

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup vinegar

Directions

Prepare the Ribs

1.

Brown meat in oil over high heat and remove from pan.

2.

Combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

3.

Add ribs to sauce and cook for one hour.

hi what kind of ribs do you suggest? a rack or short ribs?

I’d suggest short ribs, but either works for this recipe.

This recipe is made on the stove top so no oven needed 🙂
