Ingredients

Bright Radish Salad

  • 5 ounces (140 grams) arugula

  • 1 and 1/2 cups shredded daikon radish

  • 1/4 cup scallions, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup red radishes, cut into matchsticks

  • 1/2 cup snow peas, thinly sliced

Dressing

Directions

Mix dressing ingredients. Toss with vegetables and serve alongside tilapia.
