Diets I bought precut butternut squash one Erev Shabbos, thinking I’d do something a little more interesting. But then, not having much time, I resorted to this. I sold it to my toddler by telling her it was candied; she loved it, and thankfully, my other kids joined in!
1 32-ounce (910-gram) package precut raw butternut squash
1 12-ounce (340-gram) package cranberries
2 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil
1/4 cup Haddar Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Gefen Salt
pinch black pepper
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.
Toss all ingredients on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20–30 minutes, mixing once in the middle so everything is evenly browned.
