Crunchy, fresh cauliflower florets, sweet peas and celery in a creamy honey-mustard dressing. Delicious!
1 head cauliflower, cut into tiny florets
3 stalks celery, diced
1 cup frozen sweet peas, defrosted
2 tablespoons Gefen Honey
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons boiling water
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Combine cauliflower, celery, and peas.
Mix together dressing ingredients and pour over vegetables.
