Ingredients

Salad

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into tiny florets

  • 3 stalks celery, diced

  • 1 cup frozen sweet peas, defrosted

Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons Gefen Honey

  • 2 tablespoons mustard

  • 2 tablespoons boiling water

  • salt, to taste

  • pepper, to taste

Directions

Prepare the Salad

1.

Combine cauliflower, celery, and peas.

2.

Mix together dressing ingredients and pour over vegetables.
