Cheesecake on a stick? It’s probably 1,000 calories… so not worth it. Think again! With low-fat vanilla yogurt and fat-free Greek yogurt as the base, this is going to be an everyday cheesecake snack! Change up the flavors with fruit-filled Greek yogurts.
12 ounces (340 grams) Greek yogurt, plain or flavored
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon Gefen Honey
1/2 cup Gefen Ready-made Granola Cereal (I like the one with chocolate… Choose your flavor combo.)
1 teaspoon lemon zest
In a blender, mix all the ingredients until well blended. Pour into ice pop molds. Freeze four to six hours or until solidly frozen
