Easy, cheesy, delicious baked ziti. Recipe provided by 47th Street Kosher, Brooklyn NY.
1 (16-ounce) package ziti or Tuscanini Penne Pasta, cooked and drained
16 ounces Gefen Pizza Sauce
1/2 pound farmer cheese
1/2 pound shredded cheese
1/2 pound mozzarella cheese
Combine ziti with pizza sauce, farmer cheese and shredded cheese. Pour into nine- x 13-inch pan.
Top with mozzarella cheese and sprinkle oregano.
Bake for 30 minutes. Cool thoroughly before slicing. Reheat.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
