6 boneless chicken thighs
1 tablespoon avocado oil plus 2 tablespoons for grill pan
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon granulated onion powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Paprika
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon Gefen Honey
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice or Heaven & Earth Lime Juice
1 bunch fresh cilantro, cleaned and chopped
2 limes, sliced for garnish
Mix together dressing ingredients in a large bowl. Add chicken and combine until well-coated.
Preheat grill pan with two tablespoons oil over medium-high heat. Grill chicken for five to 10 minutes on each side until cooked.
Sprinkle with cilantro and arrange lime slices on chicken pieces.
