Bringing together the best of two recipes, these babka blondies are sure to be a hit!
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 cups flour
3/4 cup oil
1 box (4 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
1 egg
1/2 cup water
2 cups sugar
1 cup cocoa
1/4 cup oil
1 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
In mixer, add all blondie ingredients in this order. Press into 9×13 pan.
Then, make babka filling. Mix until smooth. Spread with spatula over blondie batter. (1/3 of this babka filling recipe covers 1 blondie pan. Extra babka filling can be frozen for later use.)
Once the babka filling is spread over the blondie batter, sprinkle with crumb topping.
Bake at 350F for 22 minutes.
Slice into bars when cooled.

Came out amazing!! I followed someone else’s advice I baked blondie part for 10 minutes before I added the babka filling. I used the filling for 2 instead of 3 recipies. A major hit!!!
Delicious!!! came out yum! I first baked the blondie layer until it was about 3/4 of the way baked and then i added the babka layer and the crumb topping for the rest of the time. Otherwise the blondie is a little raw.
