6 (4-ounce) fillets salmon
2 tablespoons Haddar Dijon Mustard
2 tablespoons Gefen Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Gefen Honey
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried chives
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a sheet pan with Gefen Parchment Paper.
Place the salmon on the pan. Mix together the Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and honey. Spread the mustard mixture onto the salmon. Then sprinkle on the salt, pepper, parsley, basil, oregano, and chives.
Cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes.
