This recipe changed how I feel about energy balls. Even the kids love them!

Energy Balls

Start Cooking

Prepare the Energy Balls

  1. In a mini food processor, pulse oats a few times. Add dates and pulse a few times more (processing the oats and dates first helps the mixture come together evenly).

  2. Add almond flour, almond butter, coconut, vanilla extract, honey, and salt. Blend to combine.

  3. Form balls and roll in additional coconut to coat.
