Fennel Slaw

Ingredients

Salad

  • 1 large head fennel, sliced thinly (use a mandolin)

  • 3-4 oranges, supremed

  • 3 stalks celery, sliced thinly on a bias

  • 1 tablespoon celery seeds or chia seeds (optional)

  • 2 Beleaves Dates, sliced thinly (optional)

Dressing

  • 1 teaspoon Gefen Honey or 1 tablespoon Stevia

  • 2 tablespoons orange juice (reserve the juice from cutting or use store-bought)

  • 1 tablespoon Gefen Lemon Juice

Directions

Prepare the Fennel Slaw

Prepare the vegetables.

Combine dressing ingredients and pour over salad.
