Diets A simple slaw that is the perfect accompaniment to fish or chicken.
1 large head fennel, sliced thinly (use a mandolin)
3-4 oranges, supremed
3 stalks celery, sliced thinly on a bias
1 tablespoon celery seeds or chia seeds (optional)
2 Beleaves Dates, sliced thinly (optional)
1 teaspoon Gefen Honey or 1 tablespoon Stevia
2 tablespoons orange juice (reserve the juice from cutting or use store-bought)
1 tablespoon Gefen Lemon Juice
1/8 cup oil, such as Gefen Canola Oil
1/4 teaspoon Tuscanini Sea Salt, or to taste
Prepare the vegetables.
Combine dressing ingredients and pour over salad.
