3 and 1/2 cups bread or regular flour, such as Mishpacha Flour
1 tablespoon salt, plus more to taste
2 and 1/4 teaspoons Gefen Instant Dry Yeast
2 teaspoons sugar
1 and 1/2 cups warm water
shredded cheese, for topping
spinach, for topping (optional)
Tuscanini Pizza Sauce, for topping
Parmesan cheese, for topping
garlic powder, to taste
oil, for frying
Combine the first five ingredients and knead for about 5-10 minutes. Place in a resealable plastic bag, or cover your bowl, and let rise for two hours.
Roll the dough into stick shapes and fry in oil for about two to three minutes on each side. Make sure the oil isn’t too hot.
When it is done, immediately roll in parmesan, garlic powder, and salt.
