Delicious, frozen, creamy chocolate pie. These were all the rage in the 00s and still hit that sweet spot when you need a parve dessert.
1 small container whipped topping
2 bars good quality chocolate such as Geneve
2 eggs
1/8 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1 Glicks Graham Cracker or pre-baked pie crust
Whip the container of whip.
Melt chocolate in double boiler or microwave. Add eggs one at a time when chocolate is melted. Add water and sugar.
Fold whip into chocolate mixture.
Pour into graham cracker crust or pre-baked pie crust and freeze.
