Gelato Towers

  • berries or fruit of your choice, to garnish

  • nut crunch, to garnish

Directions

1.

Place one regular or two mini waffle cookies on a plate.

2.

Place one scoop of gelato on the waffle cookie.

3.

Gently press a second waffle cookie onto the gelato.

4.

Place a second scoop of gelato on the second waffle cookie layer.

5.

Drizzle with chocolate syrup and garnish with fruit and nut crunch.
