A sweet, nutty granola treat great for breakfast or afterschool snack. Make a large batch to keep in the freezer; they’ll taste great whenever you or your family need a pick-me-up.
1 cup corn syrup or Gefen Honey
1/2 cup Gefen Natural Peanut Butter
3 cups rolled oats (use gluten free if needed)
Melt corn syrup and peanut butter over medium-low heat. Remove from heat.
Add granola, mixing well.
Press into cookie sheet. Cool.
Cut into one- by two-inch squares.
