Grilled Chicken with Thai Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 1 and 1/2 pounds chicken cutlets, cut into 2- inch-thick slices

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/8 teaspoon coarse Gefen Black Pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Thai Peanut Sauce

Directions

Prepare the Chicken

Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Heat a grill pan. Skewer the chicken onto sticks and grill for five to six minutes on each side.

Variation:

You can also cook the chicken in the broiler for about the same amount of time.

Prepare the Peanut Sauce

1.

In a medium pot over medium heat, combine all ingredients. Stir until smooth and warmed through. Drizzle over chicken and serve.
