Grilled Fruit with Whipped Cream and Streusel Topping

Grilling fruit is one of my favorite desserts to serve during the summer months. Its delicious and refreshing, and so, so simple! I like to grill pineapple, peaches and apricots. Simply toss some cut up fruit in a little bit of oil and grill over high heat until softened.
1. Prepare fruit on grill.
2. Whip up the whip and add the liqueur close to the end.
3. Dollop some cream on top of the warm grilled fruit and top with some of my Crispy Crumb Streusel Topping.
