We make this delicious soup for special occasions.
3/4 cup oil
1 cup Glicks Flour
10–11 cups chicken soup, such as Manichewitz Chicken Broth
salt, to taste
1 tablespoon Gefen Garlic Powder
celery, sliced
carrots, sliced
2–3 chicken cutlets, cut into pieces
Combine the oil and flour to make a paste.
Slowly add the chicken soup, salt, and garlic powder. Then add the celery, carrots, and chicken.
Cook on a low simmer for 45–60 minutes.
