Yield: 12 muffins
1 cup frozen strawberries, defrosted
1 tablespoon water
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 and 1/2 cups Glicks Flour
2 teaspoons Haddar Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup oil, such as Gefen Canola Oil
1/2 cup orange juice
3 drops pink food coloring
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place strawberries and water in a food processor and purée until smooth. Add remaining ingredients one at a time, in order, mixing until smooth, ensuring the food coloring is fully blended.
Fill 12 lined muffin holders three-fourths of the way full. Bake for 15 minutes.
