Ingredients

Heavenly Strawberry Muffins

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 cup oil, such as Gefen Canola Oil

  • 1/2 cup orange juice

  • 3 drops pink food coloring

Directions

1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Place strawberries and water in a food processor and purée until smooth. Add remaining ingredients one at a time, in order, mixing until smooth, ensuring the food coloring is fully blended.

3.

Fill 12 lined muffin holders three-fourths of the way full. Bake for 15 minutes.

Notes:

These muffins would look beautiful with a slice of strawberry embedded in the top. If you eat unblended strawberries, simple place a slice gently over the top of each muffin before baking.
