Diets Ice cream never looked this good. This high-protein honey ice cream is made with Heaven and Earth Honey bars as the perfect mix in!
It’s naturally sweet and is a great snack to keep you going throughout the long summer days.
16 ounces low fat cottage cheese
3 tablespoons Gefen Honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
dash of salt
3 to 4 Heaven and Earth Honey Bars
Pour the cottage cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and salt into a bowl. Blend using a hand blender. (A regular blender also works.)
Cut the Heaven & Earth Honey bars into cubes and mix into the cottage cheese mixture.
Pour mixture into a container.
Top with more Heaven & Earth Honey bars chunks (Optional: drizzle with honey.)
Freeze for two hours, scoop, and enjoy!
