2 cups dry chickpeas, soaked overnight
handful of parsley
1 tablespoon Haddar Baracke Tahini
1 tablespoon Gefen Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Gefen Baking Soda

Put chickpeas in a blender and blend them up, then remove the chickpeas into a separate bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients into the blender and blend until combined fully. Once it’s mixed all together, place it into the fridge to cool for a few hours.
Shape them into balls and either bake them on 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes or fry in a little oil in a non-stick frying pan until golden brown.
To serve, add your favorite toppings like Israeli salad, cabbage, tahina, hummus, and more.
