Diets What better time than Chanukah to take ice cream to the next level? These fried cones just make your ice cream experience so much crunchier and tastier!
Defrost the egg roll wrappers and cut each one in half.
Wrap each half wrapper around the horn molds to create a cone shape. Cut off any extras that go above the top of the horn molds.
Heat about two to three inches of oil in a pan. Fry each horn (whilst it’s still attached to the horn mold) for 1/2 to one minute, turning over halfway through. Remove and dip into sugar (or cinnamon sugar) whilst hot.
After about a minute you can remove them from the molds. Allow to cool. Serve ice cream inside those delicious crunchy cones.
