This is a fall version of my favorite summer dessert. Apples, pears, and plums are all in season now, and this is one of the best ways to enjoy them!

Ingredients

Lemon-Infused Fruit Cobbler

  • 10 unpeeled sugar or Hungarian plums, stoned and thinly sliced

  • 4 unpeeled Macintosh apples, thinly sliced

  • 4 unpeeled Bartlett pears, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 cup Gefen Confectioners’ Sugar

Topping

  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup orange juice

  • zest of 1 lemon

Directions

Prepare the Lemon-Infused Fruit Cobbler

1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).

2.

Mix all filling ingredients and pour into a large baking dish or individual ramekins.

3.

In a mixer, mix all topping ingredients. With an ice cream scoop, scoop dough and place over the fruit mixture, evenly covering the surface.

4.

Bake for 45 minutes. Enjoy warm!
