An easy, healthy recipe for Mediterranean-inspired grilled chicken. Watch more Kitchen Kids!
4 tablespoons Tuscanini Olive Oil
3 to 4 tablespoons za’atar
2 tablespoons Heaven & Earth Lemon Juice
salt to taste
pepper to taste
4 chicken quarters
your favorite dipping sauce, for serving
Combine all marinade ingredients with chicken. Marinate it for at least 10 minutes in the fridge.
On a grill (or indoors, using a hot grill pan), add the chicken and cook until it’s ready, about 40 minutes, flipping it every 10 minutes.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
