Ingredients

Lemon Za’atar Grilled Chicken

  • pepper to taste

  • 4 chicken quarters

  • your favorite dipping sauce, for serving

Directions

Prepare the Lemon Za’atar Grilled Chicken

1.

Combine all marinade ingredients with chicken. Marinate it for at least 10 minutes in the fridge.

2.

On a grill (or indoors, using a hot grill pan), add the chicken and cook until it’s ready, about 40 minutes, flipping it every 10 minutes.

3.

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
