I’m nuts over this one. I especially love serving something so gourmet and so delicious on Pesach.
1–2 tablespoons oil, such as Gefen Cottonseed Oil
2 medium onions, diced
2 cups broccoli florets, such as Beleaves
1 tablespoon Gefen Potato Starch
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
6 eggs, whisked
shredded cheese, for sprinkling
In an eight-inch skillet, heat oil and sauté onions for 10 minutes.
Add broccoli and sauté for another 10 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients one at a time.
Allow to cook and set over low heat for approximately seven minutes.
Sprinkle on cheese, then cook for an additional seven to eight minutes.
