Diets No frying pan or flame needed, just some good stuff on a baking sheet, and you have a gourmet brunch.
1 zucchini, thinly sliced
1 yellow zucchini, thinly sliced
1 red pepper, half ringed
1 yellow pepper, half ringed
1 bottle Tuscanini Diced Tomatoes
8 ounces Tuscanini Marinara Sauce
2 tablespoons Haddar Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup water
2 teaspoons oregano, plus more for sprinkling
2 teaspoons za’atar
1/2 cup shredded cheese
4 eggs
1/4 cup crumbled feta
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place vegetables on a prepared baking sheet.
Toss with the remaining ingredients except eggs and feta and bake for 20 minutes.
Carefully add in the eggs and bake for 10 minutes or until set.
Sprinkle with feta and oregano and serve straight from the pan.
