1 lb sliced chicken breast
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 tablespoon onion soup mix
3 cloves garlic, minced
10 shallots, sliced into rings
2 tablespoons maple butter ( or maple syrup)
Oil for frying
Marinate the sliced chicken in mayo, soy sauce, onion soup mix and garlic (the longer you marinate, the better the flavor).
Fry the shallots in a pan with oil and sauté until almost light brown and caramelized.
Add 2 tablespoons of maple butter ( or maple syrup) and sauté till combined.
Add the chicken and fry on both sides until cooked.
Keep mixing the shallots so they don’t burn.

The Chicken was delicious. However the instructions were very vague and hard to follow.
