Wake up your mashed sweet potatoes with creamy tahini
3 medium sweet potatoes
2 cubes Dorot Gardens Frozen Garlic
1 teaspoon Tuscanini Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, plus more for garnish
1/4 cup Mighty Sesame Tahini, plus more for serving
salt
pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Wash and clean sweet potatoes and poke them with a fork throughout. Roast them for 50 to 60 minutes until soft and tender, flipping halfway through the cooking. Allow to cool for 15 to 20 minutes before peeling and placing in a medium bowl.
Microwave garlic cubes with olive oil for one minute and add to the sweet potatoes with cinnamon and Mighty Sesame Tahini. Mix and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Drizzle with more tahini and sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.

It doesn’t say anywhere when to mash the potato
Hi Nancy, You would mix it in Step #3.
Really love this – the tehina adds such a nice dimension to the flavor without being overpowering.
