This recipe takes a few minutes to whip up and it tastes delicious! These cups will dress up your Shavuos kiddush. This recipe calls for sweetened condensed milk. For those of you who aren’t familiar with this product, it is sold on the shelf in the baking section. The condensed milk itself is a light brown color and syrupy. Even if this product is new to many of you, don’t be afraid to try! Enjoy!
Yield: 16 (2-ounce) cups
2 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup crushed graham crackers
10 ounces whipped cream cheese
4 tablespoons Gefen Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
1 and 1/4 cups Yummy Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Place butter in a bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals until melted.
Pour crushed graham crackers on top and mix with a spoon until crumbly.
Place cream cheese cream in a medium bowl. Mix with a hand blender. Add the condensed milk slowly and blend until smooth. Then add lemon juice and pudding. Blend for another minute.
Place two tablespoons of crumbs in a cup and then spoon the cheese mixture over the crumbs, until the top of the cup. Repeat for the rest of the cups.
Optional layer: Put whipped cream or sour cream in a piping bag with a star tip and pipe on top of the cheese layer.
Add syrup and desired toppings (see suggestions below).
