Diets I know the components of this salad seem like your typical Rosh Hashanah salad ingredients. But the real star here is the date dressing. It tastes amazing on everything!
12 ounces (340-grams) Beleaves Mixed Greens
2 precooked large beets, such as Gefen, cut into matchsticks
1/2 cup pomegranate arils
1 Granny Smith apple, cut into matchsticks
1/4 cup Gefen Lemon Juice
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup Gefen Honey
6 dates, pitted
1/2 teaspoon Manischewitz Kosher Salt
Place all the ingredients into a blender. Blend on low until everything is combined and the dates are chopped.
Place in an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to one week.
Place all the salad components in a large bowl and mix well.
Drizzle 1/4 cup of dressing on top and toss to coat. Serve with remaining dressing on the side. Enjoy!
