1 cup Medjool dates
2/3 cup filtered water
1/2 cup coconut flour
2 tablespoons cacao powder
dark chocolate, sprinkles, chopped nuts, and assorted toppings of choice
Add the Medjool dates and filtered water to a high-speed blender and blend until a thick and smooth date paste has formed.
Combine the date paste, coconut flour, and cacao powder in a large mixing bowl.
Mix until you have a thick dough that holds together.
Roll between palms and form balls.
Dip into melted dark chocolate and add assorted toppings. Enjoy!
