Each bite of this yummy pasta is pure deliciousness! Full of amazing flavors from a variety of sauteed veggies, this dish is perfect for a special meal. Besides its great taste, this restaurant-worthy pasta is a super quick meal to put together.
3 tablespoons oil
1 red pepper, finely chopped
1 yellow pepper, chopped
1 pound snowpeas, blanched and drained
3 cups peas, cooked or canned and drained
grated rind of 2 lemons
dash of white pepper
3 tablespoons Glicks Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar, such as Gefen White Vinegar
3 to 4 scallions, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
1 package wide noodles, such as Gefen Wide Egg Noodles, cooked and drained
Sauté peppers until limp.
Combine seasonings and spices with vegetables. Add pasta and mix well.
Over low heat, reheat until thoroughly warm.
