Ingredients

Pasta Primavera

  • 3 tablespoons oil

  • 1 red pepper, finely chopped

  • 1 yellow pepper, chopped

  • 1 pound snowpeas, blanched and drained

  • 3 cups peas, cooked or canned and drained

  • grated rind of 2 lemons

  • dash of white pepper

Directions

Prepare the Pasta Primavera

1.

Sauté peppers until limp.

2.

Combine seasonings and spices with vegetables. Add pasta and mix well.

3.

Over low heat, reheat until thoroughly warm.
