Peanut Butter Bars

Ingredients

Bars

  • 1/2 cup Glicks Flour

  • 2/3 cup sugar

  • 1 tablespoon soy milk (or any nondairy milk substitute)

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips, for topping (optional)

Directions

1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease an eight-inch square baking pan.

2.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined.

3.

Spread into prepared pan and bake in preheated oven for 12 minutes. It will look a bit underdone but will firm up once cooled.

4.

Cut into bars. Optional: Melt chocolate chips and drizzle on top once bars are cooled.
