Here’s a quick super-simple ground beef supper that will be enjoyed by kids and adults alike.
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 a red pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 pound ground meat
1 carton Tuscanini Tomato Sauce plus 1/2 cup water
Haddar Salt, to taste
Pereg Pepper, to taste
garlic, to taste
bun or corn tortilla chips, for serving
Sauté onion, red pepper, and celery until browned.
Add ground meat and cook on low till meat is browned.
Add tomato sauce and water. Add salt, pepper, and garlic to taste. Cook on low for another 10 minutes.
Place in a bun or serve with corn tortilla chips.
